Account Suspension
If you're seeing a suspension notice, don't panic. Here are the common reasons:
Payment failure
Your card on file might have expired or been declined. Update your payment method in Settings > Billing > Payment Method. We'll retry the charge automatically.
Terms of Service violation
This is rare, but if you're using our platform to send spam, phishing emails, or to plan world domination, we might have to step in. We're cool with most things, but not those things.
Trial expired
Your 14-day trial has ended and you haven't subscribed yet. Don't worry — your data is safe for 30 days. Subscribe to any plan to reactivate instantly.
How to reactivate
- Log in to your account
- You'll see a banner with instructions
- Fix the issue (update payment, subscribe, etc.)
- Your account is reactivated immediately
