Reading Your Invoice
We know invoices can be as confusing as assembling IKEA furniture. Let us help.
Invoice breakdown
- Plan name: The plan you're currently subscribed to
- Billing period: The dates covered by this invoice
- Seat count: Number of team members (each one counts, even Dave who never logs in)
- Subtotal: Cost before taxes
- Tax: The part that makes everyone sad
- Total: What actually leaves your bank account
Invoices are sent on the 1st of each month. You can download past invoices from Settings > Billing > Invoices.
