How to Cancel My Subscription

We're sad to see you go. But we respect your decision. Unlike some other companies. *cough*

How to cancel

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  3. Tell us why (optional — but if it's "too expensive," we might have a deal for you)
  4. Confirm cancellation

What happens after cancellation?

  • Your account remains active until the end of your current billing period
  • After that, your account enters read-only mode for 30 days
  • You can still export your data during this period
  • After 30 days, data is permanently deleted

Changed your mind? You can resubscribe anytime during the 30-day window and everything will be exactly as you left it. We're patient like that.
