Email Forwarding Setup
Want your support emails to magically appear as tickets? Here's the wizardry:
Go to Settings > Email
Copy your unique forwarding address (it looks like
yourworkspace@inbound.helpcanvas.com)In your email provider (Gmail, Outlook, etc.), set up auto-forwarding from your support email to this address
That's it! Emails will now appear as tickets faster than you can say "inbox zero"
Supported email providers
Gmail / Google Workspace
Microsoft 365 / Outlook
ProtonMail
Any provider that supports email forwarding (so basically all of them)
Replies from your HelpCanvas dashboard are sent back to the customer. They'll never know you're using a helpdesk. Sneaky!
