Configuring your first integration
Integrations let HelpCanvas connect to the tools your team already uses — Slack, Jira, Linear, and more.
Step 1: Open the Integrations page
Go to Settings › Integrations and find the integration you want to set up.
Step 2: Authenticate
Click Connect and follow the OAuth flow for the selected provider. You will be redirected back to HelpCanvas once authorised.
Step 3: Configure triggers
Decide which events should create tickets or notifications in your connected tool. Save your settings and test with a sample event.
