Securing Your Account with 2FA
Because "password123" is not a security strategy.
Setting up 2FA
- Go to Settings > Profile > Security
- Click "Enable 2FA"
- Scan the QR code with your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, etc.)
- Enter the 6-digit code to verify
- Save your backup codes somewhere safe (not on a sticky note on your monitor, Karen)
What if I lose my 2FA device?
Use one of your backup codes to log in. Each code works once. If you've lost all backup codes AND your 2FA device... well, contact support and prepare for an identity verification process that would make airport security jealous.
