How do I reset my password?
If you have forgotten your password or just want to change it, follow these steps:
Click Sign in on the HelpCanvas login page.
Click Forgot password? below the password field.
Enter your email address and click Send reset link.
Check your inbox for an email from HelpCanvas and click the link inside.
Choose a new password and confirm it.
The reset link expires after 60 minutes. If you did not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact your workspace admin.
