API Rate Limits
We love that you're using our API. But please don't DDOS us. Our servers have feelings too.
Rate limits by plan
- Starter: 100 requests/minute
- Professional: 500 requests/minute
- Enterprise: 2,000 requests/minute
What happens when you exceed the limit?
You'll receive a 429 Too Many Requests response. The Retry-After header tells you how long to wait. Please respect it. Hammering the endpoint harder won't make it go faster — it's not a vending machine.
Best practices
- Cache responses when possible
- Use webhooks instead of polling
- Implement exponential backoff for retries
- If you need higher limits, contact us — we're reasonable people
