We're not perfect. But at least we're honest about it.

Safari: Widget doesn't appear in private browsing

Safari's Intelligent Tracking Prevention can block our widget script. Workaround: Use normal browsing mode, or add our domain to Safari's exceptions.

Firefox: Notifications not showing

Firefox requires explicit notification permission. Click the lock icon in the address bar and allow notifications for our domain.

Email replies showing HTML tags

Some email clients strip formatting in weird ways. If you see raw HTML in ticket replies, the sender's email client is the culprit. We sanitize what we can, but we can't fix Outlook being Outlook.

Dashboard stats delayed

Analytics data can be up to 15 minutes behind. This is by design — we batch process for performance. If you need real-time data, check the ticket list directly.
