Make the chat widget match your brand. Because nobody wants a widget that looks like it's from 2005.

Appearance

  • Primary color: Match your brand color
  • Position: Bottom-right or bottom-left (there is no top — we're not savages)
  • Welcome message: What visitors see when they open the widget

Behavior

  • Proactive triggers: Show a message after X seconds on a specific page
  • Available hours: Only show the widget during business hours
  • Response delay: Add a realistic typing delay (so it doesn't look like a robot... even though it is)
